Every purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days, no questions asked.

The 14-day refund

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. This covers every pack: Single, 10-pack, 50-pack. After 14 days a purchase is final, unless the law that applies to you says otherwise.

How to ask

Write to support@qrkeeps.app within 14 days of your purchase, from the email address you sign in with. Include your receipt from Dodo Payments if you have it, so we can find the payment quickly.

What happens to your codes

Codes bought with a refunded payment become frozen: they keep redirecting to their last destination but can no longer be edited, and any unused codes from that purchase disappear. The shutdown guarantee covers frozen codes too. Custom domains you already added stay.

Who issues the refund

Dodo Payments is our merchant of record. It took your payment, so it also issues the refund.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. Every price is a one-time payment: no subscription, no renewal and no trial that turns into a charge. If you want to stop using QRKeeps, you can ask us to delete your account. The privacy policy says how.
