QRKeeps

Terms

The promise

A QRKeeps code never stops redirecting because of billing. Not when a trial ends, not when a card expires, not after a refund, not ever. You pay once per code and that is the end of billing for it.

The one exception: abuse

We block codes that send people to phishing, malware, scams, or content that is illegal where we operate, and codes reported to us with good evidence of such use. A blocked code shows a warning page instead of redirecting. If you think a block is a mistake, write to us through the report form.

Payments and refunds

Prices are one-time, in US dollars. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles tax and invoices. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Codes bought with a refunded payment become frozen: they keep redirecting to their last destination but can no longer be edited, and any unused codes from that purchase disappear.

Free codes

Static codes from the generator are yours outright: they contain no QRKeeps link. Each account also gets one free dynamic code, which follows the same promise as a paid one.

If QRKeeps closes

You can export every code at any time as CSV with its short link and destination, so you can rebuild your codes elsewhere.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep redirects up, but we are not liable for losses caused by an outage beyond a refund of what you paid.
